Returns

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Processing time may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Exchanges
We currently replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact our support team.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.
